OAT Tester. OAT, Tester, Testing, QC, Quality Center, Windows, Unix, ITIL, Banking, Financial Services. Sheffield. 6 Months. £350 - £420 per day. A OAT Tester is required for our Global Financial services client baed in Sheffield for an initial 6 months contract. You will be required to demonstrate the ability to work independently and within a team building strong working relationships between several business areas. You will be required to work with Project Managers to ensure test plans and test scripts are provided and created for OAT to enable sign off. Good and clear communication skills. Effective defect management following I-SEB/ITIL Standards using such tools as Quality Center. Working with manual and automated Test Scripts. Working with other area's in the bank for non-functional testing to gain a better understanding of their associated Servers. Able to review Test Plans and make recommendations to improve testing. Maintaining and creating new Procedures. Able to maintain a busy diary and multiple projects and striving to meet Project Go-Live dates set by the Project Team. Knowledge of the following is essential:-. Unix/Windows Platforms - ability to use commands and test scripts. Knowledge of the following is desirable but not essential :-. Quality Center. Patrol Console. Internal Change Management System. QTP. Operational Alerting systems (Veritas Cluster Manager). ITIL accreditations. In the first instance please submit your CV.
