Domus are currently working on behalf of nationwide organisation specialising in elderly, nursing and residential homes. This organisation is renowned for the training it offers its staff and the top quality care that it provides for all of its residents. This is a well-kept large sized home which is situated in an easily accessible area, offering excellent care for its residents, including dementia, nursing and palliative care. The home has been facing problems with CQC so needs a strong manager to come in and help push the home forward in standard and reputation. The salary for this position is circa £50,000 per annum, but does offer lots of other fantastic benefits such as 33 days holiday, excellent training and progression and best of all a very achievable 30% bonus!. You will be a qualified nurse with a current NMC Pin and have managed a nursing home previously. An excellent track record with CQC and a passion for care is essential!.
