The Role My client is currently recruiting for dynamic, motivated and flexible experienced inpatients nurses to join the Surgical Unit delivering a high standard of patient focused medical and nursing care to short-stay and in-patients under a variety of specialties including Orthopaedics, Urology, Gynaecology, ENT and General Surgery. Requirements for the role: * Registered Nurse (with supporting PREP evidence) and abide by the relevant Code of Conduct * ALRT/ILS training or a willingness to undertake training * Strong patient-centred approach * Strong prioritisation skills * Basic phlebotomy, drug administration (IV and sub-cutaneous) and ECG monitoring experience or a willingness to undertake training * Proven ability to undertake multiple tasks under pressure * Mentorship experience or willingness to undertake training * Superior communication skills * Good IT skills This is an excellent opportunity to work in a small private hospital near Ashford in Kent as an Inpatients Nurse with a salary of up to £28,500 dependant on experience.
