Our Head Chef combines fresh, regional ingredients to deliver a mouth-watering menu that celebrates the very best of what each British season brings. Farm sourced succulent meats and freshly caught seafood from the Devon and Cornwall coastline feature on a menu that is as perfect for a light lunch as it is for a decadent dinner. Private dining at Blue Boar is particularly special with two exceptional spaces, connected to the main restaurant by a floor-to-ceiling wine wall. What are we looking for? We are now seeking to recruit passionate Bartenders who have the talent and ability to deliver a flawless service in our Blue Boar Bar consistently. Your main responsibility will be to exemplify uncompromising hospitality, providing attentive, courteous and friendly service, while adhering to all of Conrad standards and guidelines. Candidates must have: The right to work in the UK Previous experience in similar role. 5* will be a plus! Excellent Food and Beverage knowledge Excellent communication skills: English is a must. Additional languages will be a plus! Excellent attention to detail  A high standard of personal presentation  Confidence, professionalism and welcoming personality  What do we offer?
