We are currently seeking a Group Training Manager to take responsibility for delivering L3 Food Safety, HACCP Level 2 and 3, Dignity at Work and also some training design work. When you are not delivering training you may also be responsible for carrying out project work. This role requires a highly organised, enthusiastic, PC literate individual who has previous experience in a training role, and has had some exposure to the full training cycle including Training Needs Analysis, Training Design, Training Delivery and evaluation to ensure any training is meeting both the needs of the delegates and the business. The successful candidate will hold a Level 4 Food Safety qualification and a HACCP Level 3 qualification. Project management skills and experience of working with external training providers will also be an advantage. Flexibility is required as well as a full UK driving license as there will be extensive travelling and overnight stays.
