Job description:
I require an experienced Project Manager to work on high spec residential contract in London on a long term basis. My client is a specialist design and construction firm, delivering bespoke, legacy homes to private clients. Formed 26 years ago this business has become the market leader in providing some of the most distinctive luxury homes for private clients around the world. Due to continued growth and demand there is now the opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the business. The salary available for this position is £ 325 350 but negotiable for the right candidate. My client offers a complete turnkey service, delivering all aspects of the projects from design and planning to construction and furnishing, effective cost control is essential. As a an experienced Project Manager from within the High Spec Residential sector you will have a proven track record of delivering projects with average values of £5 million. You will be able to demonstrate experience of working with Private, End User clients and managing the challenges that can present. This is a senior level position within the business and as such will report to the Head of Construction.
